However, the manufacturer suggests that children should not consume this drink because of the caffeine content and they also don’t encourage diabetic patients to take this product without getting counsel from doctors.

To consume this product moderately, you should not drink more than 3 sachets of Advocare Spark daily.

Can Advocare Spark cause high blood pressure?

If you need energy the whole day, the best time to take this energy drink is when you wake up in the morning. If you work all night, however, then consuming this in the late afternoon can keep you awake all night.

The energy effect of Advocare Spark lasts for up to five hours since that is the average half-life of the caffeine in Advocare Spark. If you need more energy then you should consume only half of a sachet after those 5 hours.

The time it takes for Advocare Spark to enter the bloodstream will vary between ten to fifteen minutes; as a result, blood pressure and heart rate will increase. 

In about 45 minutes, caffeine will make you alert and focused.
