Glitch Energy is a good gaming supplement that came out in the middle of the year 2019. Over the last few years, the gaming category has grown in popularity, with competitive offerings from established supplement manufacturers, as well as newcomers like Glitch.

However, if I have to rate this beverage, I will rate it as six out of ten.

Glitch Energy is a sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and vegan-friendly beverage that is naturally colored and flavored.

It also includes 150mg of caffeine along with a few essential vitamins, taurine, l-citrulline, l-tyrosine, green leaf extracts. However, it includes dynamine that has been banned from most sports due to its harmful adverse effects.

Please continue reading if you want to learn more about Glitch Energy’s nitty-gritty details.

What is Glitch Energy?

Glitch Energy Matrix is a novel blend of dynamine, natural caffeine, and other synergistic ingredients that claim to overclock your brain and body like no other energy supplement.

There are no fillers, no pseudo-science, and no “proprietary” blends in this beverage, according to the manufacturer.

By questioning the “status quo” of current energy formula norms, Glitch Energy has redefined the energy formula class.

Calories

Glitch Energy has a calorie count of five per serving.

This beverage has a few calories, so it’s an excellent alternative if you’re seeking to lose weight or just want to eat fewer calories for a healthier body.

A calorie is a unit of energy obtained from food and beverage information. According to the National Institutes of Health, healthy persons should ingest 2,000 to 2,500 calories each day.

While food quality is important for a healthy diet, quantity should also be considered. If you’re trying to maintain or lose weight, checking calorie databases and nutrition labels on a systematic basis to see how much fuel you’re consuming and whether it’s too much is a good idea.

You’ll have more room to indulge in other calorie-dense items because Glitch Energy contains zero calories.

Side Effects of Calories

Consuming calories in excessive volume might direct you to a few health complexities such as follows.

Carbohydrates are a sort of energy supplement. Carbohydrates, like calories, are always present in the meals you eat and the liquids you drink.

Carbohydrates should be consumed moderately, with carbohydrates accounting for 40 to 60 percent of total calories, according to the Dietary Guidelines Association.

Carbohydrates in Glitch Energy are another limited nutrient. This beverage is ideal for individuals following a low-carb or ketogenic diet because it contains nearly no carbohydrates.

Metabolic health.
Poor metabolic health is one of the basic side effects of consuming too many carbohydrates.

Sugar in Glitch Energy

Glitch Energy’s formulation does not contain any sugar.

Sugar is a carbohydrate that delivers the body the energy it requires. It enhances the flavor of foods and can be uncovered in their natural state in foods, fruits, and vegetables.

Sugar is good for your health since it improves your mood. It also keeps you energized while enhancing your cognitive abilities.

According to the American Heart Association, nine teaspoons (36g) of sugar is recommended for males and eight teaspoons (26g) for women. Sugar is a crucial component of energy drinks, as it provides a source of energy and flavor.

Side Effects of Sugar

The side effects of having sugar in an excessive measure might lead you to the following health concerns:

  • Weight gain
  • High blood sugar
  • Type 1 diabetes

Artificial Sweeteners

Sucralose and acesulfame potassium are included in Glitch Energy’s recipe to give it a sweet taste.

Sucralose is a calorie-free sweetener that is used to substitute sugar in Glitch Energy. It’s thought to be 400 to 700 times sweeter than sucrose, the sugar we know as table sugar.

Another zero-calorie sweetener is acesulfame potassium, which is 200 times sweeter than sugar. It’s notorious for having a bitter aftertaste, which is why it’s frequently used with sucralose to counteract the bitterness.

Although these artificial sweeteners are unlikely to cause insulin or blood sugar levels to rise, their long-term effects are unknown.

The direct cause of the enhanced energy levels is caffeine. It also gives your body a much-needed energy boost, enhancing both your physical and mental capacities.

Glitch Energy contains 150mg of caffeine per serving, which is a fair amount for an energy drink. I prefer energy drinks that contain 100 to 200mg of caffeine. As a result, the caffeine in Glitch Energy will give you a boost without any unpleasant side effects.

You should be aware that the FDA has established a daily caffeine absorption limit of 400mg, which you should strictly stick to.

What is a dynamine?

Dynamine is a supplement manufactured by Compound Solutions, Inc., a nutraceutical company.

The main ingredient is methylliberine. This is a naturally occurring alkaloid found in coffee beans, tea leaves, and other naturally occurring substances that many people consume for energy.

Dynamine improves energy, mood, and focus by activating dopamine receptors and inhibiting adenosine receptors.

Why is dynamine banned?

Because of its negative effects, dynamine is prohibited in most sports.

Bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts use it. By simulating adrenaline flow in the body, it produces a rise in heart rate, high blood pressure, and other cardiovascular diseases.

Is Glitch Energy keto-friendly, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly?

Glitch Energy is keto-friendly, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly.

The ketogenic diet, often known as the keto diet, is a low-carb, high-fat eating plan. It has been proven effective for weight loss and the treatment of a variety of health problems in multiple examinations. This beverage doesn’t include any trace of sugar and a very low amount of calories.

Gluten is a protein uncovered in grains such as wheat, rye, and barley, among others. Some people on a gluten-free diet stay away from highly processed bread, pasta, and other baked goods. Glitch energy drinks can be consumed even if you have any gluten-related problems.

Veganism is a philosophy that rejects the status of animals as commodities, as well as a practice of avoiding animal products, notably in eating habits.

Vegans do not eat dairy, eggs, or honey, nor do they wear fur, leather, wool, or down, nor do they use animal-tested cosmetics or chemicals.

Is Glitch Energy dairy-free and soy-free?

Glitch Energy is dairy-free and soy-free.

A dairy-free diet is a diet free of lactose which in a few cases could also potentially cause inflammation, both internal and external, contributing to skin illnesses such as acne and eczema. Glitch Energy does not include any dairy element in its formula.

The soy-free diet is a variation of the standard diet that eliminates soybeans and all items containing soybean by-products. Soy may cause allergic reactions in some people and Glitch Energy proudly claims its products to be soy-free.

Is Glitch Energy bad for you?

If you take Glitch Energy in moderation, it is not hazardous to your health. However, I recommend only taking two servings of Glitch energy drink per day.

Glitch Energy is a sugar-free, low-calorie energy drink geared at gamers, with a few added benefits above a standard store-bought energy drink, such as better processing speed, memory, stamina, and concentration.

Due to the high caffeine concentration (150mg), two servings will contain 300mg of caffeine, which is closer to the FDA’s daily maximum of 400mg. Not to mention that this beverage contains dynamine, which is actually prohibited in some areas.

So, one serving of this beverage per day, in my opinion, is sufficient. If you really need some energy, though, don’t eat more than two servings every day.

You can also check the article, Best Energy Drink Powders For Workout, for more information about other powdered energy drinks.

How many Glitch Energy can you have in a day?

Glitch Energy can be consumed up to two times per day.

Glitch Energy is a good energy drink that incorporates vitamins and a few other essential ingredients in its mix. It also gives you a surge of energy when you need it.

However, Glitch Energy contains 150mg of caffeine, which may have negative health impacts. Two servings of this energy drink will contain 300mg of caffeine, which is closer to the FDA’s limit.

As a result, it’s advised to limit yourself to two cups of this beverage every day.

Who should not drink Glitch Energy?

The following people are discouraged to consume Glitch Energy:

  • People below 18 years old
  • Pregnant
  • Trying to conceive
  • Nursing
  • Persons with medical conditions

There are ingredients in Glitch Energy that may cause health risks to the following people due to the high quantity of caffeine in it.

Flavors of Glitch Energy

Glitch Energy includes three flavors in it, such as follows.

  • Cyber Sunrise
  • Electric Lemonade
  • Spaceberry

Cyber Sunrise

First, I tasted their Cyber Sunrise flavor and fell in love with it. With its excellent blend of pineapple, mango, and a hint of coconut, this flavor transported me to a tropical world. This is a taste that I will definitely buy again.

Spaceberry

Next, I have tried their Spaceberry flavor and it’s not that bad. It’s a decent flavor that incorporates all the sweet and sour tastes of all the exotic berries. This flavor held a perfect balance of both sweet and sour taste and you too can give it a try.

Electric Lemonade

Then I tried their Electric Lemonade, which made me feel like I’d bitten into a lemon. I won’t be buying this flavor again. Despite the fact that it tastes like lemonade, this flavor packs a punch of sourness. This flavor didn’t appeal to me, but if you want acidic flavors, this could be the one for you.

I have added a YouTube video describing more about Glitch Energy.

Conclusion

Glitch Energy includes essential vitamins and minerals. It boosts energy and increases mental alertness. But I am still rating it 6 out of 10 due to dynamine that actually has been banned in a few sports sectors.

The caffeine content is quite high, and it can have some detrimental health implications. On top of that, Glitch is bragging about being able to increase the boost of caffeine without actually increasing the doses with the help of dynamine felt a little odd to me.

I have already explained the work of dynamine and the reason it has been banned, and I am disappointed with this type of information. Hence, I presented this energy beverage with a low rating.
