Furthermore, if you like to consume caffeine three to four times a day, the coffee will work perfectly fine. However, if you drink caffeine occasionally or want a substantial boost of energy, then you can opt for G-fuel energy drink powder. So, overall both of these options are perfectly fine, and you can choose according to your preference and taste.

However, if you don’t like coffee and want to stick to G-Fuel, try to consume it in moderate amounts and monitor your daily caffeine intake to be aware of the caffeine content you are taking daily.
